While Finn has his ups and downs, he is usually pretty optimistic and generally a pleasant character. Jeremy Shada endows Finn with a child-like wonder, as well as an idealistic perspective. He tends to use strange words and terms that are a signature of the show, Algebraic, Alphanumeric and Mathematical being some of the most popular.
